This is a kit purchased from JimPansen Creations, (aka the Artist Kevin Delies) consisting of an Aztecutl head, a Macuahuitl (Aztec Sword) and a heart. The body comes from a Masters of the Universe Classics Nepthu figure which was purchased separately.
